The Boys and Girls Track teams competed at the Region 3-AA meet. The girls team finished 2nd and the boys team finished 4th.  Upper State Qualifiers were Sierra Jenkins, Eryn Price, Jamie Taylor, Josh Hughes, Daniel Warren, Chris Dyer, and Omar Bethea. Region Champs were Ashley Ligons (100 H), Victoria Riviera (Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put), Brooke Craft (1600), Nicole Biles (3200), and Kenny Keisler (Pole Vault).

The Boys and Girls Track teams competed against Aiken, B-L, Strom Thurmond, and Saluda.

Medalists for Gilbert were:

Victoria Riviera (1st Long Jump, 1st Triple Jump, 2nd Shot Put, 3rd 200 Meter Dash),

Brooke Craft (1st 1600 Meters, 1st 3200 Meters),

Nicole Biles (3rd 1600 Meters, 2nd 3200 Meters),

Ashley Ligons (2nd 110 High Hurdles),

Jamie Taylor (2nd Pole Vault).
